Billing Options

Bank Draft -- Automatic deduction from your checking or savings account on the 20th of each month.  This service is offered at no extra charge.

Credit Card  -- Mastercard, Visa or Debit card payment is available.

Drop Box Locations -- Our offices are open for receiving your payments from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  We are located at 216 Jackson St, Thompson, IA and 605 East 4th St., St. Ansgar, IA. If you need to make a payment after hours, we have a drop box located at each location.  Our drop box is collected each business morning.  Please be advised if you drop a payment off after 9:00 a.m. it will not be processed until the next business day.

Due Date -- You should receive your bill around the 5th of every month, your bill is due no later than the 26th of the month.
